a deal i couldn't neglect to brag about...

I know, I'm so annoying, and I said I wasn't gonna
post these deals anymore...and I haven't for
a long time...right?
4 stayfree pads, 2 revlon nail polishes, 1 pk. Monsters,
1 honey bear, 1 swiffer wet refill, 2 sierra mists,
2 playtex tpons, 1 qtips, 2 frosted flakes, 1 pop tart,
and 5 bags of cottonballs....gonna think of a great
craft project for those....or change my nail polish
everyday for the rest of mine and Brynne's lives...
all for 9.xx$, and I earned 16$ the next time I go
to CVS.
oh, I heart cvs.....
i think that's my new theme song....
i'm gonna write one...

Oh, the messes we clean!

My sweet Toby makes messes all day long,
then comes to me in a fit..."mom, mess" pointing
and worried.
then we grab a towel, and waaalaaaa, it's gone.
Yay! for Blue Gogurt all over the kitchen floor!

a little emotional, tonight

I've been doing a few little sewing projects for Christmas, I know,

call me CRAZY, but tonight, I needed to change the thread

I've been using on my sweet mother -in-laws machine

(she left it to me when she passed away 4 1/2 years ago.)

As I pulled out her box of thread, I started to sob. This wonderful

woman was an inspiration to me, a sweet mother, wife, and grandma...

I found thread that she used to make Brynne dresses, and 2 baby blankets,

and was reminded of just how lucky I was to know her, and love her,

and be loved by her, for the short 8 years I did. I love you, Mom.

Miss you tons.

Goodbye, goodbye First Tooth!

Dusty has been frustrated about not losing any teeth
up til this point.
Just this last week he had to fill out homework
for school about himself,
and one of the questions was
How many baby teeth have you lost?
He did not want to write ZERO.

Yesterday, Dusty came to me showing me a
VERY loose tooth. and was so excited...

This morning he came in and asked,
"Why does the tooth fairy want our teeth?"
What do you say to that?
I didn't really have an answer at first.
Then, I found one:
"That's her job. Just like daddy works on Computers,
the tooth fairy collects teeth."
Later I told him, "I bet if you brush your teeth,
your tooth will come out because it's so loose..."
he came in not 2 minutes later and said,
"Mom, you were right!
It came out!"
We have a VERY HAPPY Dusty, today!

so cute, while I started dinner. Then Brynne said,
"Mom, we made our own picture frame."
I thought that was so clever. So here they are
being "cheese-"y in thier own made frame.

11 HAPPY years together!

I wanted to send a shout out to my sweet husband, Ryan, of 11 years. We celebrated our anniversary this last weekend with the kids. We went out to PF Changs...wow! Our kids did great considering they "don't like Chinese food!" Yah, right. I don't believe that anymore.

They ate so well. and next time we totally know what to order!

anyway- I love you honey, and am still as happy as the day we got married. You are the man of my dreams, hard working, loving, patient, CUTE, a listening ear, and a great FRIEND.

One WORN out boy

Toby burned his left hand this morning,
and it really bothered him the first 2 hours.
We went to CVS (my fav. place)
and got him some first aid spray and
neosporin...and he seems to be feeling much
better. Looks like the Tylenol finally kicked
in. Tom and Jerry put him to sleep within
2 minutes.
I'm sorry sweetie! I sure love you!
